The US Secretary of War announced the liberation of the army from "dudes in dresses"
U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said on January 13 that "dudes in dresses" would no longer interfere with the American army.
"We want to get rid of distractions and trash. No more DEI (policy of "inclusivity, equality and diversity" — Ed.), no more dudes in dresses," he said during a speech at the Lockheed Martin arms concern in Texas.
According to Hegseth, previous administrations have given away the capabilities of the country's military-industrial complex to other states, but the situation will change under US President Donald Trump. He noted that a country cannot have a strong army if it does not produce weapons and components on its own.
On October 27, 2025, Trump named among his key achievements the strengthening of the border, the end of eight military conflicts in eight months, the prohibition of transgender people (the international LGBT movement is recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation, its activities are prohibited) in women's sports and lower energy prices.
