Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov sent an appeal to the prosecutor's office demanding that violations be eliminated by singer Larisa Dolina, who, according to him, illegally erected an artificial pond in the protective coastal strip of an unnamed stream in the Moscow region. The mine was excavated using heavy machinery within the boundaries of the coastal protection strip, which is explicitly prohibited by the Water Code. The work led to the destruction of the soil layer, changes in the relief and hydrological regime, and all this in the absence of necessary approvals and expertise," the appeal says.
According to him, a plot with a cadastral number belonging to the Valley was illegally formed within a 20-meter coastal strip, which by law cannot be privately owned and should be accessible to all.
At the same time, Ryskov asks for an inspection, as well as to bring the People's Artist to administrative responsibility and take measures to immediately eliminate violations, including the elimination of the pond, restoration of relief and soil reclamation. In addition, he demands that the coastal and coastal protection strips be freed from private property.
