Temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been introduced at Volgograd Airport. This was announced on Wednesday, January 7, by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.
"Volgograd Airport. Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," he said in his Telegram channel.
It is noted that restrictions are necessary to ensure the safety of aircraft flights.
Earlier that day, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency announced the introduction of time restrictions on flights at the airports of Vladikavkaz, Grozny and Magas. Prior to that, on January 6, he announced the introduction of similar measures at Gelendzhik airport. Later, restrictions were lifted at all airports.
