In Ukraine, an inspection was launched due to the teaching of children according to Soviet textbooks in Kiev

The State Service for the Quality of Education of Ukraine initiated an inspection after reports appeared in the media about an "underground school" where children are taught according to Soviet textbooks. This was reported on January 6 on the agency's Facebook page (owned by Meta, the organization is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

"On the instructions of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Service for the Quality of Education will verify the facts set out in the story <...> and take all measures provided for by law to bring those responsible to justice," the statement said.
