In Russia, the number of regions with more than 100,000 average salaries has increased.

In 14 regions of the Russian Federation, the average salary exceeds 100,000 rubles, of which the number has increased compared to the previous indicator. This became known on January 7.

"Residents of Chukotka received the highest labor incomes – 209.4 thousand rubles, the Magadan Region – 179.7 thousand and in Moscow – 173.7 thousand rubles. <...> The top five also include the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, where the average salary was 168.2 thousand rubles, as well as Kamchatka with 165 thousand rubles," the statistics said. The regions also included Sakhalin (142.6 thousand), Nenets Autonomous Okrug (138.2 thousand), Yakutia (137.8 thousand), Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (125 thousand), Murmansk Region (122.8 thousand), St. Petersburg (122.2 thousand), Moscow Region (119.7 thousand), Krasnoyarsk (104.9 thousand) and the Trans-Baikal Territory (100.9 thousand).

At the same time, there is an increase in the average salary in the country. To date, it amounts to 99.7 thousand rubles.
