The largest buyers of Russian chocolate in 2025 are named

Kazakhstan imported the most Russian chocolate from January to September 2025. This follows from calculations by RIA Novosti based on open data and data from the UN Comtrade platform.

It is specified that in nine months Kazakhstan has purchased chocolate products for $ 192 million. Belarus came in second place with an indicator of $123 million, and Uzbekistan, which imported more than $68 million, came in third.

Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and China are also among the five largest buyers.

On January 4, it was reported that Russians consumed a sixth of the world's tangerine imports in January—September 2025. It was noted that in nine months, about 486.8 thousand tons of these citrus fruits were imported into the country, which is 17% of global imports. The United States came in second place in terms of purchases with 207.3 thousand tons (7.7%).
