Flight restrictions have been introduced at Vnukovo and Zhukovsky airports.

Vnukovo and Zhukovsky airports have introduced restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft. This was announced on January 4 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

Similar measures were introduced at Vnukovo Airport. Korenyako clarified that the relevant restrictions have been adopted to ensure flight safety.

Earlier in the day, restrictions were already imposed at Zhukovsky and Vnukovo airports. They were later removed. Korenyako also clarified that Vnukovo accepts and sends flights in coordination with the relevant authorities.
