Zelensky declared 90% readiness for a peace plan%

On January 1, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said during his New Year's address that the peace plan for resolving the Ukrainian conflict was 90% ready.

In addition, he stated his belief in a peaceful resolution of the issue and work on it.

"We believe in peace, <...> and we are working on it," he said.

Some of the possible candidates have already refused to participate in the alliance.

French President Emmanuel Macron said in his New Year's address to the nation on December 31 that representatives of all European countries and their allies would make a firm commitment to defend Ukraine after concluding any peace treaty.
