Binance crypto exchange suspended withdrawal of funds to cards for Ukrainians

Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, has sent a warning to users from Ukraine that it will suspend the withdrawal of funds to Ukrainian cards from December 29, 2025. This was announced on December 29 on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the country.

The exchange's message stated that Ukrainians would no longer be able to withdraw funds directly to VISA or MasterCard payment system cards. Also, automatic orders for the regular purchase of cryptocurrencies (Recurring Buy) will not be executed.

It is noted that SWIFT transfers will remain available for both deposits and withdrawals.
