- A conference on the digital approach to CT will be held in Moscow on March 12.
On March 12, Moscow will host the conference "Development 2.0: a digital approach to the integrated development of territories", organized by the operator of business events TMT Conference, Telesputnik and IA Telecom Daily.
Integrated Territorial Development (CDT) is a mechanism that allows cities and regions to comprehensively transform outdated, inefficiently used or depressed territories, creating modern, comfortable and economically active urban spaces in their place. At the same time, instead of point-by-point development or individual projects, the CRT assumes an integrated, systematic approach to the development of a certain territory, taking into account all aspects: housing, infrastructure, public spaces, commerce, ecology. Currently, about 1.2 thousand CRT projects are in the active stage of implementation in 78 regions of the country on an area of almost 24.3 thousand hectares. There are 336 projects in Moscow at various stages of development and implementation.
Digitalization of CRT projects is a transformation process that involves the use of digital technologies to optimize the management, design, construction and operation of territories. Main directions: creation of unified digital platforms, automation of processes, use of BIM models and analysis of big data to increase efficiency, transparency and quality of implementation of projects of integrated development of territories.
Digitalization is becoming a key element of the successful implementation of CT projects, as it ensures: accurate planning, the use of digital models to create optimal urban planning solutions; effective management, monitoring and control of construction progress through digital platforms; transparency of project information for all stakeholders.
Digital technologies are not just complementing the development process, but are transforming the approach to territorial development itself, making it more efficient, faster, more transparent and more focused on the needs of residents. The following topics will be discussed by the participants in the expert circle:
- The state strategy of the KRT in Russia: the role of digitalization in achieving national goals and increasing efficiency in urban development.
- The future of digital CT: What technologies will define the next 10 years?
- Government and financial support measures for IT solutions for construction.
- Government initiatives for the development of PropTech and ConTech for CT.

- Human resource potential for digital development.
- Investments and financing of digital CT: what interests investors in digital CT projects?
