Lawyer Lurie asked Dolina to leave the apartment in Khamovniki before December 30.
Svetlana Sviridenko, a lawyer for entrepreneur Polina Lurie, said she had asked singer Larisa Dolina to voluntarily vacate her apartment in Khamovniki by December 30.
On December 25, the Moscow City Court decided to evict Dolina from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district. Subsequently, the actress left her home.
Lawyer Lurie said that Dolina asked her to allow her to live in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was clarified that the singer asked for more time, as she does not have time to pack her things. At the same time, Lurie's lawyer said that her client does not plan to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.
