Shcherbinsky Elevator Building Plant (SchLZ) has increased its production capacity to 15 thousand elevators per year. As part of the large-scale modernization, the company has also expanded the range of elevator and lifting equipment and launched installation and service functions, the DOM Group said.The Russian Federation, which includes the CHLZ.

"2025 has become a difficult year for the industry due to the high key interest rate and rising cost of financing, which affected the pace of housing construction and renovation of elevator equipment. Despite this, the plant continued to implement its investment program and expand its product line. We expect that the market will start to recover next year, and the growth rate will increase. We expect 10-12% growth for our company," said Sergey Firstov, the plant's Chief financial Officer.

Over the past two years, investments in equipment upgrades and the introduction of new technologies have amounted to more than 1.5 billion rubles, with plans for 2026-2027 to invest at least another 2 billion rubles. In 2025, the company commissioned four automated production lines, a conveyor line and a winch assembly line. The automated lines were acquired with the support of the Industrial Development Fund. As a result, it was possible to reduce the time required to complete production operations by three times and optimize the use of labor resources that were reoriented to new directions.

In 2025, the plant's products were awarded industry awards, for example, for the best elevator for major repair programs, as well as for a comprehensive automated solution in the field of conveyor systems.

Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant was founded in 1943. Since 2019, he has been a member of the DOM.RF group. Since its foundation, the company has produced over 250,000 elevators.
