Sergunina appreciated the international forums held in Moscow in 2025

In 2025, Moscow hosted large-scale international business events dedicated to innovation, creative industries, tourism and other areas. They were joined by representatives of more than 120 countries, including China, India, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan, Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina said.

"Moscow continues to strengthen its status as one of the centers of international cooperation. Over the past year alone, major forums and conferences have been held in the capital, bringing together leading experts from more than half of the world's countries," Sergunina stressed. According to her, at such meetings, specialists from different industries exchange experiences and best practices, find new partners and conclude contracts that promote domestic solutions and projects in new markets.

So, in August, the International Forum "Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future" was organized in Moscow. It was visited by specialized specialists from 65 countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the Republic of South Africa. The participants discussed promising areas of cooperation and the training of qualified personnel, certification and the introduction of advanced solutions into the economy.

In September, the capital hosted the third forum on the future of BRICS cities, Cloud Cities. The sessions were devoted to the development of modern megacities and their infrastructure, digitalization and the use of neural networks. During the event, documents on cooperation with Minsk, Astana and Bishkek were signed.

Several large-scale events in the field of creative industries were also held in Moscow during the year. In particular, experts from more than 20 countries were attracted by the second Moscow International Film Week, which took place in August. At the end of the summer, the third BRICS+ Fashion Summit international forum was organized in the capital. It was attended by designers, brand founders and entrepreneurs from 65 countries.
