"We really hope that this trend will continue. It was only thanks to preferential programs, primarily family mortgages, that we were able to keep the market going," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
Khusnullin also noted that the family mortgage has become the most sought-after mortgage program of 2025. By the end of 2025, more than 912 thousand mortgage loans worth 4.1 trillion rubles will be issued. Under preferential programs — 562 thousand loans worth 3.3 trillion rubles.
