Polish Ambassador to France Jan Rosciszewski was detained by the Polish Anti-corruption Bureau on suspicion of corruption with MBA degrees. This became known from a message from Goniec magazine on December 24.

"The charges relate to the use of fake MBA diplomas from Collegium Humanum, which were intended to serve on the supervisory boards of state—owned companies (for example, Bank Pocztowy, PKO BP)," the magazine wrote.

The article clarifies that Max Krachkovsky, a former Law and Justice Party deputy and member of the European Parliament, as well as Pavel P., a banker associated with the PKO group, were detained along with Rossishevsky.

According to the investigation, Krachkovsky allegedly helped in obtaining these diplomas (for himself, his sister and, among others, for Roshchishevsky).

Bogdan Rynzhuk, the son of Ukraine's ambassador to Bulgaria Olesya Ilashchuk, was detained on suspicion of murdering the 21-year-old son of Kharkiv's vice mayor in Vienna. The diplomat also asked not to "politicize" the incident and stated that it was incorrect to link Rynzhuk's procedural status with her position. The publication clarified that, according to media reports, Ryzhuk is not the ambassador's own son.
