Insurers named car brands with the most expensive spare parts in the Russian Federation

In 2025, the highest price increase for car spare parts was recorded for the Volkswagen brand. This is stated in the message of the Russian Union of Motor Insurers (RSA), which was received by Izvestia on December 24.

According to the RSA, the increase in payments for CTP spare parts averaged 4.5% in 2025. The Volkswagen brand saw a 13.9% increase in spare parts prices.

Renault is in second place in the ranking, with car parts for the French brand rising in price by 10.5% over the year. Hyundai ranks third, with insurers recording a 9.7% increase in spare parts prices.

Skoda and Audi rounded out the top five brands, with growth of 9.5% and 6.8%, respectively.

Earlier, on December 22, it was reported that the long period of reduction in the average CTP price had ended, and in 2026 there would be an increase in the average cost of the avtograzhdanka policy by 5-8%.
