Sobyanin approves new KRT projects in Moscow
New projects for integrated territorial development have been approved in a number of Moscow districts. This was stated by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin following a meeting of the presidium of the city government.
As reported by mos.ru The reorganized sites are located in the districts of Solntsevo and Novo-Peredelkino, Lyublino and Marino, Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, Donskoy, Brateevo.
About 340 thousand square meters of residential real estate will be built there for the renovation program. The projects also involve the construction of technology parks and other production facilities.
Currently, these sites are occupied by warehouse buildings, unused buildings and other outdated facilities. The total area of the reorganized territory is almost 18 hectares.
The implementation of these CRT projects will create about 1,000 jobs.
Another project for the integrated development of an area of 1.2 hectares will be implemented in the Basmanny district, on Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Street. It is planned to create a modern social and business complex here.
In total, the Moscow government has approved 160 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of about 1.6 thousand hectares. As part of these initiatives, it is planned to build more than 31 million square meters. m of real estate.
