In the Kirov region, a cleaner was sentenced to six months of suspended imprisonment for humiliating fallen soldiers of a special military operation (SVO) on the Internet. This is evidenced by the case materials, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on December 22.

"To find her guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Insulting the memory of defenders of the Fatherland, committed in public, using the Internet"), and to sentence her to imprisonment for a period of six months," the documents say.

It is clarified that the woman posted a comment on a social network that contained various linguistic and psychological signs of the meaning "humiliation of soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation."

In addition, the materials indicate that the woman admitted her guilt and apologized in court.
