Ushakov called the proposals of Kiev and the EU on the US peace plan unconstructive.

The proposal proposed by Ukraine and the European Union (EU) as part of the discussion of the US plan for a Ukrainian settlement is rather unconstructive. This was announced on December 21 by Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

According to him, Russia will work out a position from which to proceed in contacts with the United States on Ukraine after Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the President of the Russian Federation, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), informs about the negotiations in Miami.
