Russia's Deputy Permanent Representative to the OSCE accused Europe of refusing to engage in dialogue with Russia and the United States.

European countries have excluded themselves from negotiations with Russia and the United States. This was announced on December 21 by Russia's Deputy Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). Maxim Buyakevich.

"Europe has eliminated itself from the potential negotiation process by its unequivocal position in favor of continuing <...> hostilities," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Buyakevich noted that the American delegation has been silent on the issue of Ukraine for several meetings in a row. According to him, this is due to the ongoing negotiation process.
