Dmitriev called the talks with Witkoff and Kushner on Ukraine constructive

Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, said on December 20 that negotiations with special envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff and son-in-law of the American leader Jared Kushner on resolving the Ukrainian crisis were constructive.
