The Air Defense Forces repelled an attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on two districts and a city in the Voronezh Region. This was announced on December 19 by the governor of the region, Alexander Gusev.

"Several unmanned aerial vehicles have already been discovered and destroyed in two districts and one city of the Voronezh Region," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.

According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or damage as a result of the incident.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that air defense systems had eliminated 36 Ukrainian UAVs over Russian territory between 20:00 and 23:00 Moscow time.
