One of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus apologized to the Russian people.

Shamsidin Fariduni (recognized in Russia as a terrorist and extremist), accused in the case of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall, expressed remorse and apologized to the citizens of Russia. This was reported to Izvestia on December 17 by the lawyer of 125 victims in Lyudmila Aivar.

"The accused pleaded completely guilty to the crime, sincerely repented and apologizes to the entire Russian people," she said.

According to her, the Second Western District Military Court has completed his interrogation. Fariduni confirmed his testimony.

The terrorist attack at Crocus occurred on March 22, 2024, when armed terrorists in camouflage broke into the concert hall and opened fire, setting the premises on fire. As a result of the tragedy, 149 people were killed, more than 600 were injured in various degrees of severity, and one person is missing.
