The payment period for military personnel for active combat operations was reduced from three months to three days, and the enrollment time was also reduced from 24 hours to 30 minutes. This was announced on December 17 by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov at the final board meeting of the department.

"The time required to complete the documents has been reduced tenfold. In some areas — in the hundreds. For example, the time for military personnel to transfer money allowances to the card has been reduced from 24 hours to 30 minutes. And the deadline for assigning payments when transferring a serviceman to a new duty station is from two months to several days," Belousov said.

He also stated that in 2025, the work of the Russian Ministry of Defense was carried out under severe financial constraints caused by the capabilities of the federal budget, and announced the future implementation of the practice of "lean application" in another 50 processes.
