The State Duma banned the sale of tobacco and vapes at public transport stops
On December 17, in the second and third readings, the State Duma adopted a law banning the sale of tobacco products and vapes at public transport stops. The document is published in the electronic database of bills of the State Duma.
According to the document, the sale of tobacco and nicotine-containing products is prohibited at railway stations, bus stations, airports, sea and river ports, as well as at metro stations. By the second reading, amendments were added to the law — now sales are prohibited at public transport stops.
