The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the ownership of the disputed apartment of singer Larisa Dolina for Polina Lurie according to the decision on her complaint. This was announced by her lawyer on December 16.

"The Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has determined: to cancel the judicial acts previously adopted in the case. Leave the apartment to Polina Lurie, and in the near future the lower court will consider a claim for forced eviction by Dolina. The decision comes into force immediately," the court said in a Telegram message.
