HC Lada has terminated the contract with Canadian striker Lawrence

Tolyatti Hockey club (HC) Lada has terminated the contract with Canadian striker Joshua Lawrence. This was announced on December 16 by the club's press service in the Telegram channel.

"The Lada Hockey Club and forward Joshua Lawrence have terminated their contract by agreement of the parties," the publication says.

Lawrence signed a one-season contract with the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) in June 2025. The athlete played 14 matches, in which he scored two points, scored one goal and made one assist.

HC Lada announced on September 19 the termination of the contract with the head coach of the team Boris Mironov by agreement of the parties. According to the general director of the club, Alexander Kharlamov, this decision was made due to the unsatisfactory results of the team.
