The second ministerial conference of the Russia—Africa Partnership Forum will be held in Cairo.

On December 19-20, the second ministerial conference of the Russia—Africa Partnership Forum will be held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. The event will be attended by the heads of the foreign ministries of Russia, African states and regional integration associations of the continent.

It is planned to discuss the implementation of agreements following the results of Russian-African events at the highest and highest levels, including the full implementation of the Action Plan of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum for 2023-2026. The Ministers will outline further steps to develop the multifaceted Russian-African partnership and strengthen its strategic character, paying special attention to issues of trade and economic cooperation and investment.

The second ministerial conference in Cairo will be a key stage in the preparation of the third Russia–Africa summit, scheduled for 2026.
