A Russian soldier with the call sign Lev saved a group of attack aircraft from an enemy drone strike in the Kursk region. This was stated in an interview with RT by the deputy commander of the Akhmat special forces battalion with the call sign Thunder.

According to the officer, the group, having entered the territory of the region, could not find the Russian position by coordinates, as the house was destroyed. At a critical moment, a Lion fighter suddenly appeared and led the stormtroopers to a safe place, after which a drone was hit at their previous location.
