A drone will be used to search for a group of tourists who disappeared in the Perm Region. Kirill Chelyshev, coordinator of the LizaAlert regional search and rescue team, announced this on December 15.

As he told TASS, the drone will be launched from the top of the mountain, where it will be transported by snowmobiles.

"At the moment, there are at least five crews of the Ministry of Emergency Situations at the headquarters, as well as 17 snowmobiles and one UAV with a thermal imager. The drone will be launched from the top of the mountain, where it is planned to be thrown on snowmobiles," Chelyshev said.
