The Yakut prosecutor's office took control of the situation with burns in children after the pool

In Yakutia, a check was organized on the fact that minor children received mild chemical eye burns in a swimming pool. This was announced on December 13 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Sakha Republic.

"The Prosecutor of the republic, Sergei Dyabkin, instructed the organization of an inspection in connection with minor children receiving mild chemical eye burns in the swimming pool of the GBU DO RS(Ya) Sports Football School in Neryungri for compliance with sanitary and epidemiological legislation," the Telegram channel says.

It is specified that after the examination, the children were prescribed outpatient treatment.

It is reported that a procedural check is currently being conducted in accordance with Articles 144-145 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (checking the report of a crime and initiating a procedural check).

"The pool has been suspended," said Neryungri prosecutor Vitaly Anikeev, who visited the scene.

The results of the inspection are under the control of the Prosecutor's Office.

Earlier, on December 9, it was reported that in Sumy, Ukraine, a man opened fire from the window of a multi-storey building, as a result of which children were injured. The prosecutor's office reported that a 60-year-old resident of the city was detained, who opened fire on teenagers with a smoothbore hunting rifle.
