The policy of neutrality proclaimed by Turkmenistan 30 years ago allows the country to establish relations with almost all countries, avoiding conflicts. This was stated on December 12 by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
