The FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region has suppressed the activities of a criminal group that illegally legalized over 53,000 migrants. This was announced on December 10 in the department.

"The members of the criminal group organized a major channel for the illegal stay of foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation by making fictitious employment contracts," Interfax quoted the statement as saying.
