The Kremlin commented on Zelensky's proposal for an energy truce

Russia is working to establish a sustainable peace in the conflict in Ukraine, not a temporary truce. This was stated on December 10 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the proposal of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky to mutually abandon attacks on energy facilities.

"We are working for peace, not a truce. A sustainable, guaranteed long—term peace achieved through the signing of relevant documents is an absolute priority," Peskov said.
