The points that Kiev considered controversial were excluded from the plan proposed by the United States to resolve the Ukrainian crisis. This was announced on December 8 by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

"There were 28 points, now there are 20. We have aligned this direction," Interfax-Ukraine quoted him as saying.

At the same time, Zelensky noted that there is currently no compromise on the issue of territories.
