A number of provisions of the new national security strategy of the United States indicate a serious rethinking of the country's foreign policy. This was stated on December 8 in a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
As the official representative of the department, Maria Zakharova, noted, Moscow hopes that the new national security strategy will have a sobering effect on the "war party" of the European Union (EU).
