Aurus promised to receive orders for the Arsenal minivan as soon as possible
Russian luxury car manufacturer Aurus plans to start accepting orders for the Arsenal minivan in the near future. This was stated by the brand's commercial director Artyom Yusupov, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported on December 8.
"In October, we presented this model at the St. Petersburg Gas Forum. We will start accepting orders for this machine in the near future. At the first stage, we plan that its production will be organized by US," Yusupov said.
He said that for several years, Aurus specialists and WE have been engaged in the transformation of the interior, originally designed to solve the tasks of a special customer, into a mobile office format.
Izvestia reported in June that the Russian luxury car brand Aurus is exploring the possibility of launching commercial sales of large Arsenal minivans, which are currently used only in the government's Special Purpose Garage. The degree of readiness of the model allows us to count on the start of sales as early as 2026.
Earlier, on November 18, it was reported that Gazprom's subsidiary Gazprom Tech had acquired a controlling stake (51%) of the domestic luxury car manufacturer Aurus. According to unofficial information, in 2026, production of cars under the Senat brand will be launched at the former Toyota site in St. Petersburg, the line will consist of two sedans and one SUV.
