An immersive exhibition by renowned Russian artist Nikas Safronov has opened in New Delhi, India, with the support of Rosneft. The exhibition, called Dream Vision, includes 100 works.

At the entrance, you can see statues of Indian elephants, which are painted based on Russian folk crafts, and in the halls, visitors will be able to see augmented reality. Light streams rage in the corridors, flowers come to life among the paintings, and the journey from hot Varanasi to Moscow takes several minutes across a snowy field. They decided to combine traditional painting with advanced technologies, Rosneft representatives said.

At the same time, Dream Vision is a recognizable technique by Nikas Safronov, blurring the boundaries between illusion and reality.

"We decided to take advantage of the new technologies that exist in the world. These are NFTs, technologies of animated paintings, and avatars of various kinds. Today, more than ever, we need to show our art. The world has changed, but art should be without borders. As a sport, as a science," Safronov said.

During the exhibition, the artist will also present a new series of paintings with architectural symbols of Russia and India. On Thursday, December 25, the exhibition will move from New Delhi to Mumbai.

The international cultural project "Days of the Hermitage", organized by the main museum of Russia with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, started in Belgrade on December 6. The central exhibition was the exhibition "Peter the Great and Serbia". Special attention is paid to the Serbian associates of Peter the Great: Admiral Matija Zmajevic, diplomat Savva Vladislavich-Raguzinsky, military commander Mikhailo Miloradovich.
