The State Duma named a list of documents for receiving an increased pension in 2026

By the end of 2025, pensioners who have disabled dependents can receive an increase in their old-age pension, for which they will need to apply. This was announced on December 5 by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Kaplan Panesh (LDPR).

"The end of the year is an important moment for a pensioner to check whether all the grounds for an increased pension have been taken into account. For many, personal allowances are important, which depend on the documents. If an old—age pension is awarded and there are disabled dependents in the family — children under 18, full—time students under 23, a spouse or parents with disabilities - it makes sense to apply for an additional payment by the end of December," he shared in an interview with RIA Novosti.
