Bundestag rejects resolutions on Russian assets and nuclear cooperation
The Bundestag rejected two anti-Russian resolutions proposed by the Union 90/Greens party. This was announced on December 5 on the website of the German parliament.
"The Bundestag, by a roll—call vote, rejected two proposals entitled <...> "To fully provide Ukraine with frozen Russian state assets" and "Strengthening security - preventing Russian nuclear transactions at the fuel cell plant in [the city of] Lingen." The first proposal was approved by 77 deputies, rejected by 455 with 53 abstentions. The second proposal was approved by 130 deputies and rejected by 453," the publication says.
