Troika cards with the image of the main building of the Russian State Library appeared in Moscow

Moscow has released Troika themed maps featuring the Russian State Library. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry, on Friday, December 5.

He noted that the Russian State Library is an important part of the cultural life of the country, with about 200 million publications in its collections. He stressed that the new maps should remind passengers of the importance of this unique place, which has become a symbol of academic knowledge, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

The department added that Moscow Transport and the Russian State Library are already implementing joint projects, including the updated Books in the Subway service and literary collections in the Svet app.

On December 3, the capital released themed transport cards "Troika" featuring the characters of the cartoon "Puck! The puck!". The new maps depict the players of the Meteor, Vimpel teams and figure skaters from the Soyuzmultfilm studio cartoon. In total, six design variants have been released, writes Moscow 24.
