The business program of the Russian-Indian Business Forum has been published
Details of the business program of the Russian-Indian Business Forum, which will be held on December 4-5, 2025 in New Delhi, have become known. The central event of the business forum program will be the plenary session "Russia–India: a dialogue changing the world." The motto of the business forum is "Balanced trade. Overall growth." The event is organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
On the first day of the business forum, December 4, the strategic session "Sell in Russia" will take place.: new Horizons for Indian Business" with the participation of representatives of the governments of Russia and India. Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, and Piyush Goyal, Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of India, will deliver welcoming speeches.
"The Russian‑Indian partnership is reaching a new level. Today we are not just discussing prospects – we are creating working tools for the entry of Indian goods into the Russian market and building sustainable business ties. The business Forum to be held in New Delhi is another step towards forming long-term partnerships based on mutual trust and understanding of market realities," said Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
Representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation will tell participants and guests of the Russian-Indian Business Forum about the tracks of cooperation between Russia and India they are overseeing: Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Oksana Lut, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, are expected to speak. Communications of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexey Gruzdev, President and Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank Andrey Kostin and the Secretaries of the Government of India responsible for these areas.
"Russian-Indian relations are successfully developing in line with a particularly privileged strategic partnership. This type of bilateral cooperation was achieved thanks to an intensive ongoing political dialogue between the leaders of the two states, building practical cooperation on a mutually beneficial and long-term basis not only at the state level, but also within the business community. We will talk about this at the Russian-Indian Business Forum. I am confident that it will give a new impetus and identify new growth points for the interaction of government representatives and business circles of two key players on the geopolitical map of the world," said Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board and Director of the Roscongress Foundation.
On December 5, the business forum will host a series of panel discussions and round tables on topical issues of developing cooperation between Russia and India. Among the topics are new opportunities for labor migration, cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence and digital technologies, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, the supply of food products from India to the Russian market, the creation of a sustainable production corridor in the field of technical textiles and automotive industry, and building sustainable chains of cooperation in trade and industry between the two countries.
Throughout the second day of the business forum, an exchange of business contacts will operate on the site, and B2B meetings with representatives of Russian and Indian companies will take place.
