The specialist gave advice on strengthening personal reputation in society.
Reputation is formed not only in media and public speaking, but also in everyday communication within small communities. It is there that public opinion about a person most often originates. On December 4, Yana Voronina, Director of Development at the Dela PR communications agency, told Izvestia about how to strengthen her reputation in society.
"To build a reputation and earn trust, even in an entrance chat, it's not enough to show up once and give advice. Communication in such communities always works for a long time. If you are involved, be prepared for the fact that the return will not come immediately, but it will definitely come," the expert noted.
According to Voronina, people live in dozens of micro—communities at once - from workers and parent chats to gardening associations and professional associations. Everything is discussed in these spaces: municipal initiatives, the security of the area, the organization of life at home. Any opinion expressed by neighbors or colleagues can quickly spread to other groups and strengthen in the process — this is how a "circular" reputation is formed.
According to the expert, local communities should not be underestimated: reputation consists of real actions, not formal gestures. According to her, it is important to be willing to help and invest in a relationship without expecting instant benefits, then trust is formed naturally. Voronina also stressed that emotional intelligence plays an essential role in modern conditions: people are particularly sensitive to sincerity, respect and goodwill in communication.
"Public communication and chat behavior must be coordinated. If a person preaches some values in the media and at work, and others in local communities, trust disappears instantly," the expert emphasized.
She concluded that reputation is the result of everyday actions, not official statements. And those who know how to build a dialogue in micro—communities get the main thing - the trust of the people around them.
On November 7, Elena Loseva, a practicing psychologist, explained why it is difficult for people in the modern world to communicate and create couples. She attributed the growth of social disunity not only to the influence of the virtual world, but also to the loss of live communication skills, without which the foundation of society collapses.
