Dmitriev walked around Moscow with Witkoff in a jacket with Putin's autograph

On December 2, Kirill Dmitriev, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic cooperation with foreign countries, walked around Moscow with Stephen Witkoff, the special envoy of the President of the United States, wearing an autographed jacket by Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

"Russia is not a country that is afraid of something," is the phrase written on Dmitriev's jacket, with Putin's signature underneath.
