The second conference on process analytics will be held in Russia

The second annual Sber Process Mining Conf Process analytics conference will be held in Moscow on January 22. The event will be dedicated to new opportunities in Process Mining based on artificial intelligence technologies, the Sbera press service said.

The event participants will discuss the impact of AI on process analytics, the prospects for integrating AI agents, and the challenges companies face when implementing new technologies.

The program includes panel discussions, interactive sessions and test drives of services in the special Sber Innovations zone. Representatives of Aeroflot, Megafon, Norilsk Nickel, Sminex, Renaissance Life and other companies will share cases and results of using Process Mining technology.

For the first time, a separate program for students was organized at the Sber Process Mining Conf: guided tours of the Sber headquarters and an intellectual game on process analytics were prepared for them.

"Since 2021, the economic effect of using Process Mining technology in Sberbank has exceeded 26 billion rubles. Process analytics tools provide clear, measurable results, increasing transparency of business processes and reducing costs. Sberbank was the first company in Russia to systematically develop this area and share its experience, including creating a conference that unites the market," said Taras Skvortsov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank. He also stressed the importance of developing Process Mining technology in various sectors of the economy. "We see great potential in combining process analytics with artificial intelligence, because it opens up completely new horizons for business," Skvortsov added.
