Temperature record was recorded in Kurgan
A new temperature record has been set in Kurgan. The thermometer rose to 3.4 degrees Celsius on November 30. This is the highest figure in 17 years.
According to the news agency " <url>" with reference to the Telegram channel "Weather 45 — weather in Kurgan", the indicator has become a new temperature maximum for this day. The previous record value was recorded in 2008. Then on November 30 it was +3.1 degrees.
The agency clarifies that, according to meteorologists, the average seasonal temperature in the Kurgan region will be higher than the climatic norm. Precipitation will remain normal.
Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center, said on November 29 that stable snow cover would form in Moscow no earlier than mid-December. The amount of precipitation in the coming December is expected to be close to normal or even missing by about 10%. The height of the snow cover usually ranges from 8-9 cm at the beginning of the month to 18-19 cm at the end of it.
