Ukraine's attacks on oil tankers of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) prove the essence of the Kiev regime. This was announced on December 1 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Of course, attacks by Ukrainian drones on critical infrastructure facilities are a practice that continues. <...> In this case, this is an egregious case, because, as you correctly said, we are talking about an object of international importance and with international participation," he said.
