More than 240 women were victims of the actions of Christian Nega, an employee of the French Ministry of Culture, who mixed strong diuretics into their drinks and then conducted lengthy interviews away from public toilets. This was reported on November 26 by The Guardian.

"This is about power and domination over women's bodies under the pretext of sexual fantasy through humiliation and control," said Louise Beriot, a lawyer for the affected women.

Neg arranged interviews for the candidates in the Ministry of Culture building next to the Louvre. During the meeting, he offered tea or coffee, after adding a potent diuretic to them. Then the official invited the applicants to take a walk in the Tuileries Garden, continuing to ask questions about work and education. Such "interviews" dragged on for several hours.

When the effect of the drug began to manifest itself, there was not a single toilet nearby, which caused the women to experience severe pain and subsequently a sense of shame. During the search, Nega was found to have a file called "Experiments", where he recorded data on such meetings in detail.
