The expert added that a common cause of freezing corners is a plastic window that does not close tightly, and if it blows from it, it must be sealed or a master must be called, otherwise it will lead to ice formation on the windowsill, cracks in the walls and freezing of adjacent seams.

Vasiliev clarified that it is necessary to deal with frost and moisture in the premises so that the integrity of the structure is not compromised. To do this, you need to dry the walls, insulate them from the outside or inside, check the ventilation and, if necessary, use modern waterproofing methods.

The expert stressed that dampness is especially dangerous in apartments with insufficient ventilation, on the first or last floor, in the presence of leaks or constant drying of laundry in the room.
