Dermatovenerologist Anastasia Razbezhkina said that light makeup is as necessary as clothes.
In an interview with Radio 1 on Friday, November 28, the expert noted that those who ignore regular care often have to resort to more serious methods. She stressed that many people dream of perfect skin and the ability to do without makeup, but compared it to going outside without clothes — at least a light cream, foundation or simple daytime makeup, according to her, is still necessary.
Basic care, as she clarified, consists of only three steps: washing, serum and cream. Masks, peels and other products are added as needed. At the same time, the doctor reminded: discipline is a key element. If you don't have it, but you want to keep your youth, aesthetic procedures can come to the rescue.
Razbezhkina added that in this case, it is often necessary to resort to injection techniques, but they should be treated carefully and without fanaticism.
On November 27, Razbezhkina told how to protect the skin from dryness in the winter season. She recommended actively moisturizing the skin, as well as using peels, since autumn, winter and early spring are the right time for such procedures.
